• Here at Fitish, each product is made on order putting a lot of time & love handcrafting them hence cancellations are not possible once order is placed.
• Any Changes in the order is appreciated only within 24 hours from the time of order.
• Any item that may have any defects / damage will be replaced only if you send us an unboxing video of the product. You can send it by mail.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions.
• Any refunds due to other reasons may take upto 5-7 days to process the refund and credit the amount to customer bank account.
We do not accept forced returns and these are non refundable.
